Minka Kelly, apparently the sexiest woman alive (according to said magazine). I can think of several sexier women, but that's a matter of taste, I suppose.
It's been forever since I did traditional art...so I dusted off my watercolor set and whipped this out. No preliminary pencil sketch—just went for it. I'm satisfied with the outcome.
Also, blue hair makes any chick 20% more attractive.
Tools: a $2 Watercolor set.
Time: about an hour and a half.
